Guacamole Stuffed Burgers

Dangerously delicious.

 

INGREDIENTS

5 CLOVES GARLIC (MINCED) 

4 POUNDS OF MEAT (GROUND BEEF, 80/20 SHALL DO) 

1 CUP OF PANKO BREADCRUMBS

5 TSP OF CHILI  POWDER

¼ CILANTRO (CHOPPED)

2 TSP SALT

1 TSP FRESHLY CRACKED PEPPER

RECIPE

Mix the ingredients together in medium large bowl. 

Have some scotch, drink it.

To make patties, take about a ¼ of a pound of the meat, then split it in half. The first half will need to be flattened out (this will be the vehicle for the guacamole). You can then make the second half flat as well, but a bit smaller. Place guacamole on first flattened burger, then create a bowl out of it, then place the other half on top and pinch the sides. Ensure that it is properly sealed so that the guacamole does not run out of the sides when cooking. Repeat process for other burgers.
